Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI ScoreCast PRO mobile application and the scorecastpro.ai website ("Service"), provided by HRY GROUP BİLİŞİM İNŞAAT SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Company", "we", "our"). By downloading, registering, or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of the Service

AI ScoreCast PRO is an informational platform that delivers AI-powered football match predictions, statistical analyses, live match data, and commentary generated by multiple AI models (Scorecast PRO Engine, xAI Grok, Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude). The Service also includes the AI Fan-Cam feature, which allows users to create AI-generated stadium videos using their own photos (see Section 11).

2. Eligibility and Account

• The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over.
• Minors are not permitted to use the Application.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

3. Nature of Predictions and Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: All predictions, scores, confidence percentages and commentary delivered by AI ScoreCast PRO:

• Are probabilities generated by AI models based on statistical data.
• Do not guarantee match outcomes, scores or any sporting event.
• Are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• Are not financial advice or a recommendation to gamble.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the predictions (betting, financial or otherwise). The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use.

4. Usage Rules

When using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the source code of the Application.
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
• Collect content using automated tools (bots, scrapers).
• Share content that harms, harasses, or misleads other users.
• Take any action that compromises the infrastructure of the Service.
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Upload photos containing illegal, obscene, or harmful content to the AI Fan-Cam feature.
• Upload photos of other individuals without their consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The AI ScoreCast PRO app, website, logo, design, content, algorithms, machine-learning models and all components are the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Third-party AI provider brands (Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) belong to their respective owners and are used in the Application solely to indicate the source of the relevant model.

6. Modification or Termination of the Service

The Company reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any of its features. The Company is not liable to users for such changes.

7. Account Suspension

Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended temporarily or permanently. No subscription refunds are provided in such cases.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profit, data loss, or betting losses). The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty.

9. In-App Purchases and Credits

The AI Fan-Cam feature operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Credits are non-refundable once used for video generation.
• Credit purchases are one-time transactions and do not auto-renew.
• Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire.
• The Company reserves the right to modify credit pricing and packages at any time.
• All payment processing is handled by Apple or Google. The Company does not have access to your payment details.

10. Subscriptions

Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscription plans (weekly, monthly, yearly). Subscriptions are billed via the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. You may cancel at any time through your device settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

11. AI Fan-Cam Feature

The AI Fan-Cam feature allows you to upload a photo from your device and generate an AI-powered stadium video. By using this feature, you agree to the following:

11.1 Your Content

• You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload.
• You must not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.
• You must not upload photos containing illegal, offensive, obscene, violent, or harmful content.
• You represent that you are the person depicted in the photo, or have obtained written permission from the depicted individual.

11.2 Generated Content

• AI-generated stadium images and videos are created for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You may save and share generated content on social media for personal enjoyment.
• The Company does not claim ownership of your uploaded photos or generated content.
• The Company is not responsible for how you choose to use or distribute generated content.

11.3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Generated videos are created by artificial intelligence and may contain visual artifacts, inaccuracies, or imperfections.
• The Company does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content.
• Generated content does not represent real events and should not be presented as authentic footage.
• The Company is not liable for any consequences arising from the use or sharing of AI-generated content.

11.4 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the AI Fan-Cam feature to:

• Create content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Impersonate other individuals without their consent.
• Create misleading or deceptive content intended to deceive others.
• Generate content for commercial purposes without written permission from the Company.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

11.5 Content Removal

The Company reserves the right to refuse processing, remove, or block access to any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be announced on the website and/or in-app. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
